HYDROGEN SYSTEMS

Impianti.png

Here at SAVING we believe that the future is already here.

Even in the technology we use every day to carry out normal activities.

Starting the engine and filling up the tank are among the many actions we perform every day, almost without realizing how much these little things can impact the world around us.

Everything you need to know about hydrogen

1

What does HHO mean?

HHO is made up of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. The combined oxygen molecule becomes fuel for all types of vehicles.

2

What advantage is obtained with HHO when used with an internal combustion engine?

There are many advantages. HHO reduces fuel consumption by increasing its octane rating and allows the fuel to burn more completely and efficiently. Emissions are almost zero, saving fuel and money, and protecting the environment.

3

Can the hydrogen generator cause short-term or long-term damage to my engine?

No, it doesn't cause any damage to the engine. Although there aren't any engines with a long-term HHO system yet, there's no reason to, as hydrogen is present in very small quantities. Fossil fuel [gasoline or diesel] produces enough heat during combustion to vaporize the HHO.

4

How much fuel savings will I be able to achieve?

Most users experience fuel savings of 20% to 45%, with peaks of 60%.

5

Can this system improve the efficiency of my vehicle?

Yes, using HHO will clean the internal components. It improves the vehicle's efficiency and performance.

6

Does it work with Diesel, Petrol or LPG vehicles?

Yes, it works with all vehicles with internal combustion engines.

7

Will the hydrogen generator cause damage to my engine?

No, the hydrogen generator doesn't cause any problems for engines, either short-term or long-term, as long as it's installed by skilled workers. Some tests have even shown it to extend engine life. It lowers temperatures and keeps the combustion chamber clean.

8

What should be done as routine maintenance?

Fill the tank with distilled water and electrolyte as required. You'll need about 1 liter of water every 1,000 km. It's recommended to replace the distilled water and electrolyte every three to six months, depending on vehicle use, to maintain the same efficiency of the hydrogen generator.

9

What is electrolyte?

The electrolyte is KOH (Potassium Hydroxide), which is inexpensive and easy to find. It should be added to distilled water (3-5 grams of KOH per litre). It is important to get the HHO generator running.

10

Is it easy to assemble a kit?

Many people can install it themselves, but if you don't feel comfortable doing so, simply contact your trusted mechanic or auto electrician and they will be happy to install it using our installation manual.

11

From a legal standpoint (stamp duty, vehicle registration document, PRA) do I have any obligations?

Legally, kits can be mounted on any type of vehicle because the percentages of hydrogen that are added to the fuel are so low that they are compared to the use of additives, such as those purchased from a gas station attendant. As with all systems, the important thing is that it is done by qualified personnel, i.e. a mechanic registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

12

I'm undecided whether to choose an HHO kit or a LPG

An LPG system costs more, is more difficult to install, requires changes to the vehicle registration document, is more DANGEROUS (it can catch fire and explode) and must be periodically inspected.

13

Is a hybrid system prone to rust or corrosion?

No.

14

Why don't car manufacturers introduce these technologies to production vehicles?

Because there is no interest on the part of governments and oil companies in investing in technologies other than oil.

15

In case of accident does the HHO generator explode?

Absolutely not, there is no amount of hydrogen stored.

16

Can the hydrogen generator explode?

NO. Hydrogen production occurs on demand. You'll only have hydrogen when the car is moving. Unlike pressurized gas tanks, there's only a small amount of hydrogen in the system.

17

Can this system improve my performance?

Yes, injecting HHO into an internal combustion engine will help clean the internal parts, complete combustion, and slightly increase torque and power, while significantly reducing pollution and fuel consumption.

18

Does it freeze in winter?

No, if you add about 20-25% alcohol to the solution in the tank to prevent freezing in the winter months.

19

Do I have to register it every time?

The system is controlled via app and the settings are automatically controlled by microprocessor keeping the set settings constant.
