Did you know that internal combustion engine technology is not very efficient?
Almost 60% of the energy produced by combustion is actually dissipated as heat and cannot be converted into useful energy.
Industry and technology continuously bring small improvements and innovations; however, nothing that effectively reduces consumption and pollution, as it mainly involves new engines and not innovations for those already in circulation.
Without claiming to offer definitive and revolutionary solutions, SAVING offers innovative solutions for optimizing common internal combustion engines already in use.
One of these is water.
Yes, because from water (H2O) broken down through electrolysis, a gas useful for combustion (HHO) can be produced. This gas is hydrogen.
Hydrogen actually helps and improves combustion efficiency, providing more power to the engine and allowing for significant fuel savings.
To do this, it must be mixed with the air the engine uses during the combustion phase.
But how can you add hydrogen to the combustion air?
You certainly can't just throw water into the engine!
It's simple: it is introduced into the air intake channel after being broken down from water contained in a very simple tank via electrolysis. So, no need for gas storage cylinders - just a small water tank and a tiny system to convert the water into hydrogen and oxygen in gas form.
The system is powered by the car's battery, which provides the necessary current to trigger the breakdown of water into oxygen and hydrogen. The gas produced is then directly routed to the air intake ducts that fuel the combustion of gasoline. The result is cleaner and more efficient combustion, with increased power output and a more responsive engine when needed.
Fuel consumption consequently decreases. There is an average reduction of 15-20% for manually regulated systems. However, under optimal consumption conditions (such as smooth, flat roads) with electronic control of the system’s operation, fuel consumption can be reduced by up to 50%*.

After years of experience with hydrogen systems in cars and trucks, SAVING has developed an innovative system for automatically controlling the system's operation and gas production.
We’ve designed an electronic regulation unit with Bluetooth connectivity and management software. Additionally, we've developed an app (SAVING HHO) that can "communicate" with the unit to monitor its operation in real-time and allow users to turn the system on/off remotely.
The addition of electronics and self-regulating software has made the systems even more efficient and safer.
Thanks to preset parameters, the system can automatically turn on and off when the engine is running or stationary. Not only that: with the app, you can choose whether to use the system or not, turning it on or off with dedicated controls sent via Bluetooth to the unit. The system, again with the app and control unit, can automatically adjust and maintain operational values over time, all for the benefit of efficiency!
This is all part of a larger research and development project, an energy innovation initiative that SAVING continuously invests in to offer its customers increasingly advanced, efficient, and up-to-date user experiences.
